Two ICEP sessions are held each year to assure that Nationally Certified ROMA Trainers and Implementers have current knowledge and skills related to ROMA. The photo is from our last in-person training event. We are now offering these trainings virtually in April and October of each year. We are looking forward to getting back together soon.
The Community Action Partnership has posted ANCRT curriculum modules:
-- Creating a Local Theory of Change,
--Collecting, Storing, Analyzing and Using Data,
-- Understanding Community Level Work

-- Beyond the Basics: Strategic Planning
ANCRT associates help agencies implement good management practices by assisting with Needs Assessments, Strategic Planning, Board training and other basic activities.
We are often included in state Community Action Association conferences throughout the year, and also provide workshops for conferences of our primary national partners (Community Action Partnership and National Association for State Community Service Programs).
We work to promote the creation and maintenance of state and regional groups of Certified ROMA Professionals. As part of the support we provide for these work groups, we provide targeted workshops on specific topics of interest.
To remain in active status, each NCRP must submit recertification application each year using the on line web portal. The Recertification Process includes reporting on activities (including involvement in in-service continuing education programs) and demonstrating continued knowledge, skills and competence with basic ROMA principles.
